Carwise.com Online Scheduling

Customers can now book appointments through Carwise.com and have them appear in the CCC ONE® Calendar dashboard under Customer Service > Carwise Appointment Slots. Configure Carwise.com appointment slots in the CCC ONE® Calendar dashboard. Settings for UpdatePlus messaging are also added for communicating to consumers, appointment durations, and other settings.
